# UBO Register Profiles: France and Denmark

> Order the beneficial ownership a company declared to its central register of beneficial owners, for France and Denmark, as structured JSON and as a UBO Register Profile PDF.

## Overview

Beneficial ownership profiles report what a company declared to the central register of beneficial owners in its country: the parties holding ownership or control interests, the nature and size of each interest, and any statements the register makes about the declaration. Each normalised value sits alongside the register's own text, or the register's documented meaning of a code it sends.

This release covers:

* **France**: the Registre National des Bénéficiaires Effectifs (RBE)
* **Denmark**: the register of beneficial owners (Reelle ejere)

> [!NOTE]
>
> To access ultimate beneficial ownership you must qualify for Legitimate Interest under the EU AML framework (AMLR). For more details, please speak to your Account Manager.

## How to order

1. Find the company with `GET /v2/companies` to obtain its `kyckrId`.
2. Place the order with `POST /v2/companies/{kyckrId}/uboregister`. The response is `202 Accepted` with an `orderId`.
3. Poll `GET /v2/orders/{orderId}` until `status` is `Success`.
4. Download the profile from the order's links:
   * `links.data`: the beneficial ownership profile as JSON
   * `links.document`: the UBO Register Profile as a PDF

The JSON profile carries `_payloadType: BOProfile_v2`, and the order's product is `UBO_Register_Profile`.

## What the profile contains

* **`subject`**: the company the profile describes
* **`registryInfo`**: the register, the register's own currency date, and when Kyckr took the extract
* **`interestedParties`**: every declared party, with each interest it holds, normalised to the Beneficial Ownership Data Standard (BODS) v0.4 vocabulary
* **`registerStatements`**: what the register states about the declaration, such as why no owner is listed

See [Retrieve Ultimate Beneficial Ownership](https://developer.kyckr.com/documentation/features/retrieve-beneficial-ownership.md) for the full guide, including errors and a complete example profile, and the [beneficial ownership profile reference](https://developer.kyckr.com/bo-v2/schemas/bo-profile.md) for every field.

## Testing

In the test environment, ordering a beneficial ownership profile returns a single anonymised, redacted profile that reflects the structure of a typical entity, so you can build the order, poll and download flow before going live.
